Whether your daughter has previously taken gymnastics or has no gymnastics experience at all, this class is accommodating to beginning and intermediate levels and we utilize all of the equipment in the gym including:

- One arm cartwheel (SR)
- Handstand forward roll (FR)
- Hurdle Cartwheel (SR)
